Anne Ligthart is an experience Clinical Psychotherapist, specialising in Trauma / Conflict resolution / and Performance enhancement.

Utilising models such as Brainspotting (Consultant in Training) HeartMath (multi-certified Trainer) and EMDR, (Accredited) Anne is accustomed to the successes of her clients in an efficient, while unhurried time frame.

She also brings a high degree of expertise in spiritual psychology through her training in Anthroposophical medicine (psychology), and while this is not in the foreground, it does inform her attunement to her client base.
